Brazil score classy 3-0 win over Chile to make Quarter Finals

As expected Brazil continued their dominance of Chile with a 3-0 win over their South American neighbours in their Round of 16 knockout match at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg on Tuesday.

First-half goals in quick succession to Juan and Luis Fabiano broke the Chilean resistance and Robinho added another goal for Brazil in the second half to put them through to the quarter finals with consumate ease.

Brazil were too good on the night but Chile served it up to them for much of the match and certainly made their presence felt.

The Brazilians were able to withstand anything that was thrown at them and kept up their recent record of scoring 3 goals or more each time they play Chile.
