Group H – Spain and Chile qualify

Spain and Chile have finished first and second in Group H to qualify for the knockout round of 16 with Switzerland and Honduras now out of the tournament.

Spain defeated Chile 2-1 after first-half goals to David Villa and Andres Iniesta set up the win before a ten-men Chile responded with one just after the break thanks to Rodrigo Millar.

Switzerland were held to a Nil-all draw by Honduras and that meant the Swiss failed to qualify as Chile went through ahead of them.
