International World Cup Friendlies Results Saturday 5th June Sunday 6th June

World Cup Friendlies on Saturday 5th June produced plenty of goals with Holland scoring 6, Serbia 4, with the USA, Slovakia and Cameroon all nabbing three each in some exciting matches leading into the 2010 World Cup beginning next Saturday.

The Dutch went down by a goal to Hungary after only 6 minutes before equalising at the 22 minute mark and then the Netherlands turned it on in the second half with 5 unanswered goals.

Australia found the United States a handful and went down by two goals to the Americans, while hosts South Africa put in another top showing knocking off Denmark.

Serbia defeated Cameroon in a 7 goals game that seen both sides 3-3 at half-time before the Serbs scored the winner in the 67th minute of the second half.

Defending World Cup holders Italy played out a draw with Switzerland and both goals were scored within the first 14 minutes of the match.
